Web store software
Prestashop
Our web store is developed with software from Prestashop. Personal data that you make available to us for our services is shared with this party. Prestashop has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Prestashop is obliged, based on the agreement we have with them, to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Prestashop is a certified processor of credit card data. Prestashop uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Email and mailing lists

We send our newsletters and transactional emails using our web store software 'Prestashop'.

Payment processors

We use the Stripe platform to handle (part of) the payments in our web store. If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later date - other than at your request - we will ask for your explicit permission. Your data is not shared with third parties, other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we retain your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
