Lion's Mane Shop cares a lot about your privacy. Web store software
Prestashop
Our web store is developed with software from Prestashop. Personal data that you make available to us for our services is shared with this party. Prestashop has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Prestashop is obliged, based on the agreement we have with them, to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Prestashop is a certified processor of credit card data. Prestashop uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Prestashop reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve the service. Prestashop takes into account the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data. The EU/US Privacy Shield applies, your data may be processed in the United States.
Email and mailing lists

We send our newsletters and transactional emails using our web store software 'Prestashop'.
All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via our own servers. We will never use your name and email address for our own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click this, you will no longer receive emails from our website. This can severely reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is sent, stored, and accessed securely. GMail
We use the services of GMail for our regular business email traffic. GMail does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
Stripe
We use the Stripe platform to handle (part of) the payments in our web store. Stripe processes your name, address, and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Stripe has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Stripe reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. In the case of a request for deferred payment (credit facility), Stripe shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. Shipping and logistics
PostNL
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and residence details with PostNL. PostNL only uses this information to fulfill the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.
UPS
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of UPS to carry out the deliveries. e-Boekhouden
We use the services of e-Boekhouden to keep our administration and accounting records. We share your name, address, and residence details and details regarding your order. Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later date - other than at your request - we will ask for your explicit permission. Your data is not shared with third parties, other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality under the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Retention periods
We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we retain your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. You receive all copies and transcripts of data in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems.
